Lovers Seafood and Market is the second concept from Tracy Rathbun and Lynae Fearing, the partnership that produced the local favorite Shinsei. After lives filled with a love of both good food and the ocean, the ladies decided to combine those passions into a single concept and Lovers Seafood and Market was born.
